The products we are most famous for here at AMSi Inc.; custom prefabricated modular buildings or “E-Houses”, are built to any specifications in order to meet any and all of our customers’ needs. Construction
We build our modular buildings with quality in the following manner:
– Rigid construction equipped with structural framing consisting of welded primary and secondary steel members and all associated hardware including anchor bolts.
– Cladding including wall panels, roof decking, insulation, trim, flashing and weather sealants.
Design Criteria
- Our modular buildings can be designed to meet the some or all of the following criteria.
- – Designed to customer specification, in accordance with National Building Code of Canada (NBCC 2010), and applicable codes and CSA or ESA standards.
- – Designed and certified by a P.Eng. for the relevant Province or Territory regulating agency.
- – 40 years lifespan option is available.
- – Post-disaster, Importance category as specified in NBCC 2010, Table 4.1.2.1.
